Platform

Telemetry, diagnostics and updates for every machine in the fleet

One service collects, processes and serves the data from your dispensing equipment. Use the dashboard, connect your own systems through the Data API, or both.

Monitor

Know what every machine is doing

Live fleet view
Every machine, its site and whether it is online right now, from the moment it first powers on.
Product levels
Remaining volume and percentage per product, low-product thresholds, and consumption today and this month.
Run-out forecasts
A predicted empty time for each product, based on how fast that machine is actually using it.
Pour records
Each dispense, with the products and volumes that went into it, rolled up daily by machine, site, organization or product.
Events
Product low, empty and replaced; machine disabled and re-enabled; faults; maintenance due and completed.

Service

Fix more problems without a site visit

Remote sessions
Open a secure terminal to a machine from the browser. The machine opens the connection itself, on demand.
Machine state
Faults and machine state reported as they happen, so the technician knows what to bring before going out.
Replacement history
A log of every product change on every machine.

Maintain

Keep every machine on its service schedule

Cleaning and service are part of running dispensing equipment. Track them alongside everything else the machine reports.

Schedules by machine model
Define each task once, such as a line clean, with how often it repeats. Every machine of that model follows it.
Due and overdue at a glance
Every machine marked overdue, due soon, OK or never maintained, with counts on the dashboard and a filter in the machine list.
Recorded completions
Log each visit with the date, who did the work and notes. Each machine shows when it was last serviced, and by whom.
Service history
The full maintenance log for every machine, kept next to its telemetry and product changes.
Predicted next service
An estimated next service date for each machine, worked out from its own past service intervals.
Maintenance events
Maintenance due and completed are recorded as events, in the dashboard and through the Data API.

Manage

Run the fleet, not individual machines

Over-the-air updates
Software packages and OS releases on development, staging and release channels, with per-machine pinning and rollback.
Configuration push
Set the desired configuration once. Machines that are offline pick it up when they reconnect.
Bulk operations
Choose machines, choose an action, review it and run it: recorded jobs, not one-off clicks.
Regions
Group sites by hand or by rule (for example, by geography), with parent regions rolling up their children.
Organizations & roles
A hierarchy of organizations and sites with role-based permissions, so each team sees only what it should.
QR enrollment
Enroll a machine by scanning the code on its own touchscreen. No pairing codes to type.

Security & connectivity

Designed for locked-down site networks

Machines use the site's existing Wi-Fi or ethernet. Nothing on the site has to be opened up.

Outbound only
Machines connect out on port 443 and listen on nothing. There are no inbound firewall rules and no VPN.
Per-machine identity
Every machine has its own certificate and proves who it is with mutual TLS before it can exchange any data.
Organization isolation
Each organization has its own certificate authority. Access to one fleet never extends to another.
Encrypted end to end
Telemetry, commands and updates travel over TLS, with certificates verified on both sides.
Efficient on the wire
The agent samples, aggregates and batches on the machine and reports by exception, so it stays light on site bandwidth.
Staged releases
Software moves through development and staging channels before release. Any machine can be pinned or rolled back.

On the roadmap

What we are building next

Pay at the machine Coming
Tap and chip payment on a certified card terminal, matched to the pour it paid for. Card data never touches the machine or our cloud.
Product & recipe templates Coming
Set up products and recipes on one machine, then roll that setup out to others.

See your fleet before you commit

Every connected machine shows up the moment it powers on. Tell us about your equipment and sites, and we will walk you through it.
